Prepare Your Abstract
Submit an original abstract written in English with a clear title, author information, objectives, methodology, results, and conclusion. Abstracts should be concise and scientifically relevant.
Originality & Ethics
All submissions must represent original research. Authors are responsible for ethical compliance, appropriate approvals, and proper citation of previously published work.
Scientific Review
Each abstract will undergo an independent peer-review process by the Scientific Committee based on quality, innovation, technical merit, and conference relevance.
Presentation Format
Accepted abstracts will be scheduled as keynote, oral, poster, or virtual presentations according to reviewer recommendations and program availability.
Publication Opportunity
Selected manuscripts may be considered for publication in conference proceedings or partner journals, subject to editorial policies and peer review.
Registration Confirmation
At least one presenting author must complete conference registration before the deadline to secure presentation scheduling and inclusion in the final scientific program.
