Please review the following terms carefully before registering for the Global Meet on Renewable Energy & Sustainability 2027 (GMRES 2027). Registration indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1. Registration Policy
- Registration is confirmed only after full payment.
- Participants must provide accurate registration details.
- Registration is non-transferable without written approval.
- At least one author must register for each accepted abstract.
2. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made through official conference payment channels.
- Bank or transaction charges are the participant’s responsibility.
- Discounts apply only within the announced deadlines.
- Registration fees are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation requests must be submitted by email.
- Approved refunds may be subject to administrative charges.
- No refunds after the final registration deadline.
- Refund processing typically takes 15–30 business days.
4. Abstract Submission
- Submitted work must be original and unpublished.
- The Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept or reject submissions.
- Acceptance does not guarantee journal publication.
- Authors are responsible for research ethics and originality.
5. Conference Program
- The organizers may revise the program if required.
- Sessions may be held in hybrid or virtual format.
- Speaker substitutions may occur without prior notice.
- Schedules are subject to change.
6. Code of Conduct
- Professional and respectful behaviour is expected.
- Harassment or misconduct will not be tolerated.
- Violations may result in removal without refund.
- Participants must comply with venue regulations.
7. Photography & Media
- Conference sessions may be photographed or recorded.
- Images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes.
- Participants may notify organizers in advance if they object.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
- No personal data will be sold to third parties.
- Participants may request corrections or deletion of eligible data.
